9Attention – This property is undergoing work to the exterior of the property. The properties exterior has been primed and will be in this state until May 6. From May 6 to May 31 the properties exterior will be painted. During the period of May 6 to May 31, there will be workers present on the property Monday through Friday starting at 8 am and wrapping up each day at 6 pm. There will be equipment at the property throughout the project. During the May 6 to May 31 period, they will have plastic covering the windows and other exterior items as they paint. We have been ensured at no time will this affect your ability to access you unit. The interiors of the units will not be affected and will be as shown in the photos and descriptions. Due to the inconvenience this may cause our guests, we have already adjusted the pricing for the unit to accommodate for the work being done. This estate is truly a piece of Savannah history and has maintained so many original details, including antique heart pine floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, fireplaces, sweeping grand staircase, stunning parlor, dining room, and so much more. Despite these beautiful nods to the past, there are also so many modern updates including a full kitchen, en-suite bathrooms off both upstairs bedrooms, comfortable beds with luxurious linens, and well-manicured gardens! Your space is the front half of the main house and is completely private. The property has five total units (not connected) that can be bundled for larger families or groups; please inquire about availability.
The other half of the house is completely separate, so there are no shared spaces, it is all yours! Although separate and private, sound can travel between units. You are also welcome to take advantage of the incredible shared outdoor space.
This elegant estate is located directly on the famous Forsyth Park, in the heart of the Victorian District. You are within walking distance of amazing architecture, tours, museums, restaurants, and shopping.
We highly recommend walking around town or renting a bicycle in order to fully appreciate our lovely Southern weather!

Special: This unit does have stairs to access unit. Inside the unit there are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Both bathrooms with showers and tubs are located on the second floor as well.

Wi-Fi: The property has Free 1-gigabyte highspeed internet service through Xfinity and is shared by all five units. Each unit has its own router.
