The perfect retreat for your Southern getaway. Free Street Parking in front of the property on Park Ave. We also have two private spots located on the backside of the property off of Park Lane.
This estate is truly a piece of Savannah history and has maintained so many original details, including antique heart pine floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, fireplaces, sweeping grand staircase, stunning parlor, dining room, and so much more. Despite these beautiful nods to the past, there are also so many modern updates including a full kitchen, en-suite bathrooms off both upstairs bedrooms, comfortable beds with luxurious linens, and well-manicured gardens! Your space is the front half of the main house and is completely private. The property has five total units (not connected) that can be bundled for larger families or groups; please inquire about availability.
The other half of the house is completely separate, so there are no shared spaces, it is all yours! Although separate and private, sound can travel between units. You are also welcome to take advantage of the incredible shared outdoor space.
This elegant estate is located directly on the famous Forsyth Park, in the heart of the Victorian District. You are within walking distance of amazing architecture, tours, museums, restaurants, and shopping.
We highly recommend walking around town or renting a bicycle in order to fully appreciate our lovely Southern weather!

Special: This unit does have stairs to access unit. Inside the unit there are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Both bathrooms with showers and tubs are located on the second floor as well.

Wi-Fi: The property has Free 1-gigabyte highspeed internet service through Xfinity and is shared by all five units. Each unit has its own router.
