This private ground-floor apartment suite features its own separate entrance from Houston Street. The open-concept layout includes a plush King bed, a comfortable Queen bed, and a Queen flip sofa. Our flip sofas have a sleek, low-profile design with high-density foam cushioning that is perfectly firm and nicely rounded. Please note, once extended, the sofa sits directly on the floor. The suite also offers a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish, Insta-worthy living area, making it a popular choice for guests seeking both comfort and charm.
Guest Access
This ground-floor unit offers the convenience of direct access from Houston Street, providing easy entry and a seamless experience. Please note that The Present Hotel does not have a front desk. Self-check-in is available through your reservation boarding pass, which will be provided to all guests once booking is confirmed. Guest registration and identification verification are required for a smooth check-in process.
