Guest Access
Your private ground-floor suite offers its own entrance directly from Houston Street, ensuring a seamless and convenient stay. The suite is accessible via the main entrance off Houston St. or the courtyard off East McDonough St. Please note that The Present Hotel does not have a front desk. Self-check-in is available through your reservation boarding pass, which will be provided to all guests once the booking is confirmed. Guest registration and identification verification are required for a smooth check-in process.
