Please note, access is via a beautiful staircase, as the historic building does not have an elevator.

Your private 2nd-floor apartment suite features its own entrance through common hallways, offering a peaceful retreat. The room is located in the main tower of the property, accessible via the main entrance off Houston St. or the courtyard off East McDonough St. Please note that The Present Hotel does not have a front desk. Self-check-in is available through your reservation boarding pass, which will be provided to all guests once booking is confirmed. Guest registration and identification verification are required for a smooth check-in process.
