Please note, this is a third-floor unit accessible by two flights of stairs (no elevators available at the property).Located in the main tower of the property, it is accessible via the main entrance off Houston St. or the courtyard entrance off East McDonough St. Please note, The Present Hotel does not have a front desk. Self-check-in is available through your reservation boarding pass, which will be provided once your booking is confirmed. To ensure a smooth check-in process, guest registration and identification verification are required.
